The Chico Chapter of the Electric Auto Association will hold its May meeting on Saturday, May  8th, 2010 at 10am.  The meeting will be held at the Brandstatt Brothers' shop located at 27 Rose Avenue on the west side of Chico, CA.  The topic for the meeting will be "Planning an Electric Vehicle Conversion."  This is the first in a series presentations designed to show the process of converting a gasoline powered vehicle to an electric powered vehicle.  For additional information, please contact:  Jerry Brandstatt at 343-0331.

This e-mail is also a welcome to all of you from the new officers of the Chico Chapter.  After serving for eight years as chapter president, Chuck Alldrin has handed the keys to a new group of officers for 2010.  The chapter president is Jerry Brandstatt and the vice-president is Richard van Wyhe.  We wish to thank Chuck for his many years of service to this chapter and we are very happy that he will continue to help with the chapter website.  As you may have noticed, our new e-mail address is: chicoeaa@yahoo.com.
